“Oh no, but muh 1sr amendment and muh religious freedoms!”. I don’t disagree that they should be shut down and banished from our country, but I don’t know how we square that with the Constitution and the fact in that it gives them cover to setup shop here. Because you know that will be the argument against denying their right to exist here, and it will find purchase with enough judges that it will never be shut down through that course of action.
At the very least we’d need an amendment (which we’ll never get) or we have to wait until after the collapse to draft a new and distinctly different sort of constitution that explicitly excludes them from the get go.
The founding fathers never envisioned Jews, muslims, etc. as part of our first amendment rights when they adopted the laws, it was only referring to Gods people the Christian’s, any other savage race would not be accepted in our form of government and this still applies today. you see, the problem is the communist run judiciary is so corrupted it defies logic, we have fake judges hand picked by democrats as well as s-bag rinos who install these lunatic amoral POS from every ungodly walk of life ruling on cases against the citizens of our nation. And what’s even worse, there at this very moment, people in the military and government who are ardent, cultist, Christian-Zionist types who have control of weapons of mass destruction–and who are are at the top levels of government advising our elderly (mind addled) president to use them. What we have now, currently operating within the USA is a ‘Fifth Column’ of religious, cultist, zealots, controlled completely by a foreign government.
