If true all ATF personnel who knew about it were breaking the law and should be prosecuted. Also since the data is illegal it should be erased.
None of which will ever happen, of course. It is, however, a teachable moment that gives yet another reason why there should not be a centralized gun registry maintained by anybody, much less the inept sonsabitches in the government.

I know both my SC and NC drivers license info was purposely sold.
I listened to a FBI agent give a talk on the Dark Web, my info can be purchased for a few pennies, I guess a nickel now.

back when Obozo was in “charge ” of things. yeah. for close to TWO YEARS they went thru all of the records held at OPM.
they (OPM) gave me “Life lock” to protect my data or something ?
I wonder who got the massive kickback from that deal ?the letter said that anyone with a TS or above was hacked/looked at by them.
here my question on this, why on earth did they let it go on for over 2 YEARS ?
and they wonder why NO ONE trusts them anymore ?

Nobody released the ATF files in a way that us normies could look at it, but I did see lots of news outfits assuring me that THEY reviewed it and everything was ok. Every single news source did this.
P.S. Any word from Speaker Mike Johnson on that nationwide concealed-carry legislation that Pres. Trump was braying about a few months ago??
