It’s in their genetic makeup. I once worked with a man from South Africa. He told me that blacks in general but Nigerians in particular will lie and scam all the time. Even when they don’t have to lie for a particular reason or to stay out of trouble they will do it. Here in the States urban blacks will use hard drugs, steal, and scam then put on a suit and show up for church on Sunday. Churches whose pastor is sleeping around and stealing from the coffer. The Thomas Sowells are the rare exception and they won’t associate with most blacks.
