  1. I retired from an electric Utility and worked in many power plants including Nuclear plants and I knew all about this in the late 1980’s and into the early 1990’s, our compony knew all about it and did nothing, the higher management knew how to fix this but refused to do so and it would be at their own peril, like any other company they wanted the funding from the federal government to harden all power plants and they were not getting it. the company could of used capital budgets funds to harden all plants but, they didn’t want to spend the money even thought they had it. the American people know nothing about how vulnerable our grid system is and the idiots just kept pushing grid connections to bring all states into alignment. this was all Bull shit, and it all centered around the Dollar and how much more cash it would put into company coffers. You want to fix the problem, then the government needs untie the grid system and let each state do there generating and this would greatly increase safety and protect every state with their own generating capacities. this is the way it used to be until the greedy bastards changed everything. All i can say is the people need to begin figuring out what other sources of power they can use if the system goes down because there lives will depend on it.

  2. I am skeptical, beware of AI and be extremely cautious of anything from the CIA, including leaking a 10 yo video

  3. The CANCER of the CIA and “intelligence” communities is everywhere in our society and government. A purge is going to be required.

  4. Well, anyone can make anything up, but I do have questions. I have A LOT of questions.

Like, is there ANYTHING that we aren’t being lied to about?

Doesn’t matter, I guess. A solar micronova is coming, and is likely to wipe out most of this anyway in the next 10-15 years. TPTB know this. We know this. If you’re not prepping right now, may your children forgive you.

  5. hell. back in the middle to late 1980’s I sat in on a lecture of EMP and the power grid at CGSC. inside of 5 minutes, the guy had dead quiet and
EVERYONE was taking notes. and back then, we where better off than now. here the kicker, the USA has at BEST, 6 months of food on hand at any given time. that includes farms, warehouses, stores and ships in port. everything. and meds for maybe 3-4 months.
they figured about 1/2 to 2/3 of the people will die off inside of that first 6 months. most pumps run on electric power to move fuel.
so forget that bit. most hospitals have enough back up power for what 3 days to a week at BEST ? and here the fun part, you don’t need to have a EMP to wipe out the power grid. NOPE. just get a few transformers to fail. we have very few if any in “stock” as most are custom made for the job. HYDRO is the best choice for power as a rule
but when was the last one built ? YEAH. but they still putting up windmills and solar panels like mad and they last what 20 years at best ? and “WE” stop making transformers years ago. they all imported these days (?)
after that lecture, I started to learn how to garden and grow food.
canning and drying to save food. having a pile of gold or silver coins /bars is great and all, but you can’t eat any of it when your starving.
and yes, people will kill each other over food.
find a small farmer and make friends with him while you still can.
small farms and farmers is the only way to get thru something like this.

    1. They have the simple fix for this and it’s old technology that every house in our nation can have endless power and no fuel source to keep it running. When working for the utility I had the opportunity to watch some R & D programs and they had a 4 x 4 square box which had no fuel to run it and it ran for days, generating 15 kw , they used air to ignite the generator and once it was going it then ran on a perpetual motion, endlessly generating an entire house. This was done in early 1990 and once r & d was completed the company wrapped up the testing and we never heard another thing about the generator. The plans are in the corporate safe never to be used .

      1. no such thing a perpetual motion, violates laws of physics.

        1. No it doesn’t, I seen it running for days on its own powering a corporate owned house and I have witnessed other projects that defy physics as you call it.
Unfortunately John Q. Public will never see these inventions for our own use because the power’s that be don’t want us to have it.

  6. “You Cannot Make This Up”

    Yes you can.

Appearing as an actor in a documentary because you’re pretty does not equal “briefing national security professionals”

    “This isn’t casual footage.
    It’s technical.
    It’s inside-baseball.”

No. No it isn’t. It’s an independently produced documentary on the fragile grid with Erika Kirk reading some lines while mostly looking into the camera. Erika Kirk is not a technical expert. She’s not an electrical engineer. She’s not CIA.

    You can make it up.

    1. You need to research her mother.

  7. Solving/preventing this problem is not complicated or difficult. All it takes is the will to do so. And to spend the required money. Congress lacks the will and the utilities don’t want to cut into their profits and bonuses by spending the money. THAT in a nutshell is why EMP is still a threat.
